Museum Audio Video System Upgrade at CityArts Gallery, Orlando
Museum Audio Video System Upgrade at CityArts Gallery
We’re thrilled to have completed our Museum Audio Video System Upgrade at CityArts Gallery in downtown Orlando, Florida. CityArts, located in the heart of Orlando’s Downtown Arts District, blends historic architecture with modern art displays, making it a vibrant cultural hub.
CityArts Gallery, which took over a building originally built in 1886, needed significant museum audio video updates. The gallery frequently hosts Orlando’s Mayor and various artist showcases, so perfecting the audio and video experience was crucial. Our team worked closely with CityArts to design a system that allows the Gallery Manager to easily control audio and video throughout the space. Whether adjusting the music or activating artist videos on the screens, the new Q-SYS-based system offers intuitive control via an iPad or touch panel, ensuring smooth and high-quality events.
Historic Building Meets Modern Tech
The gallery has hosted several successful Third Thursday events with their new museum audio video system and is thrilled with its ease of use. Looking ahead, CityArts has requested an upgrade to their video capabilities. We’ll soon install projectors on each floor to support film festivals and further modernize the space. In the meantime, explore our museum design work at the Orlando Science Center or our laser show at Lake Nona!
