The hotel opened in 2018 with another company's AV system, but the help desk support wasn't cutting it. We stepped in to replace the entire DSP control system and redesign every touch panel interface โ streamlined, branded, and dead simple to use.
Our focus: replace only the hardware absolutely necessary to keep costs low. We swapped just two components to take control of the resort-wide system, saving thousands. Then our programmers built control macros so the ops team hits one button to change music, volume, and zone selections across the entire hotel.
When we design Q-SYS control systems, we do a lot more programming than other AV companies to make the user interface super simple. We're joining together multiple types of technology systems into one interface โ that's hard. But we don't make it the client's problem.
No bouncing between pages. No confusing button combos. One touch, one action. That's the standard.

Full DSP control system redesign โ resort-wide audio management through a single, streamlined interface.
Branded interface design with one-touch macros for zone selection, volume, and music across the entire property.
Only two components replaced to take full control โ saving thousands while delivering a complete system overhaul.
Ongoing remote support and monitoring โ the reason they switched to us in the first place.
